As a sole practitioner, practicing 100% criminal defense, I am devoted to defending you. Also as a sole practitioner, I am devoted to providing the highest level of service to all of my clients. I will regularly meet with you one-on-one to discuss the progress of your case, and I will respond personally to your inquiries. Because I prepare every case for trial myself, I always have an intimate familiarity with the facts and evidence in your case. This way, I can provide the best advice and representation when you need it the most.

Facing a criminal charge can be a frightening and stressful experience. The possibility of losing your rights, your property, and/or your freedom, can be overwhelming. My job is to do the best I can to shield you from conviction and avoid or minimize the negative impact a criminal case has on your life. When the government tries to convict you of a crime, they will act aggressively to achieve a conviction. As a former felony prosecutor for seven years, with four of those years in high-level felony cases, I know how aggressive the government can be in criminal cases. That is why I will aggressively and zealously defend you every step of the way.
